499 Sheridan is a .7 million square feet, 27 stories tall office tower with a parking podium and formal plaza. The building terminates in a crown that is backlit to glow in the night sky. Major tenants will include Devon Energy and Bank of Oklahoma. The building lobby has 35’-0” tall, full-height glazing on the south and east to provide views toward the Devon Auditorium and the gardens. Lobby finishes include stone floors and stone and wood walls. The plaza is a simply organized bosque of trees and shaded gathering and seating areas with stone paving that complements the design of the lobby.
